- Experience of the applicant.
- Gross development value – sale price and timescale of property sales.
Up to 100% funding is available dependent on the make-up of the above.
The range of finance options are senior (bank) debt, mezzanine and equity based, this can effect the amount of development capital that is required to inject into individual property development schemes.
